If you’re online purchase has been made and the following Product is not currently available we will kindly give you a refund on your purchase or your order will be amended to your preferred choice. We will be in contact with the relevant individual to resolve this matter quickly.
For any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife Product purchased from us, simply return the unused portion of the Herbalife Product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase in the Original Herbalife container or box and we will give you a refund. Please note that Packaging, Handling & Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Returns must be accompanied with a Customer Request for Returns Form and ensure that you keep a copy of proof of delivery for any returns. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery for any package you ship.
